Equine Somatic Experiencing
This unique offering allows you to connect with horses as partners in your healing process.
In this experience, we engage with the horses in a way that’s not about "acting upon" them, but rather moving with them. Horses mirror our emotions and energy, creating a powerful space for self-reflection.
By interacting with the horses, you can gain insight into your own body’s sensations and emotional states, helping you release stored tension and process trauma. It’s a deeply embodied and grounding approach to therapy that invites you to step into a space of authenticity and connection with both yourself and the horses.
This service is ideal for those seeking a more experiential, somatic method of healing—one that honors both your inner process and the natural world around you.
($150/ 60-75 minute session)

My goal is to help you trust yourself. Whether through telehealth therapy or equine somatic experiencing, my role is to guide you in tuning into your own wisdom, understanding your emotions, and finding clarity in the ways you connect with others and with yourself. This process is about building confidence in your ability to heal and grow.
Where the Gaps Are
I’ve found that one of my personal struggles is not diminishing myself or the work I do with horses. It’s easy to feel like I have to justify the power of this work, but the truth is that it doesn’t require explanation—it simply requires space for you to experience it for yourself. And that’s what I’m here to offer: a space for you to step into your own healing, without feeling pressured or diminished.

Many clients are drawn to the idea of being around horses, thinking that equine therapy might offer a “pop-therapy” experience where they can quickly resolve their concerns. But what they truly need is something deeper: a space to slow down, understand their own boundaries, and trust their instincts.
